The Dots Connect!
I know it seems they are inconsequential and useless right now.
Sometimes they even feel like dust,
Garbage gathered over time just taking up space.
You look at them like they're junk
You eagerly await the day the strength will come to toss them out.
Oh! But the dots connect!
The days you saw God’s finger,
The days you felt Him gently rocking you,
The day you knew for certain only His foot could have kept that door from closing.
The dots connect!
Don't be afraid to gather them,
Don’t be afraid to stack them,
Don’t be afraid to guard them.
The world will shame and try to make you lose focus
To make you discard your gems.
Your growth,
Your victories,
Your successes,
Failures you rose up from.
Stay the course my friend
Cos the dots they do connect!
Your eureka moment awaits
Your glory beckons.
The dots connect!
